Government Jobs: Kerala Public Service Commission (KPSC) has invited applications from eligible candidates to fill their vacancies in Assistant Professor in Neonatology, Staff Nurse Grade II, Scientific Assistant (physiotherapist) posts in Medical Education department. The eligible candidates can apply for the posts through online on or before 18/08/2021. This is a best opportunity for those aspirants who are looking for a government jobs.
VACANCIES DETAILS
1. ASSISTANT PROFESSOR IN NEONATOLOGY
Department: Medical Education
CATEGORY NO: 212/2021
Scale of Pay: As per UGC Norms
No. of vacancies: 03 (Three only)
Age limit: 25-45. Only candidates born between 02.01.1976 and 01.01.1996 (both dates are included) are eligible to apply for this post with usual relaxation to Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, Other Backward Communities.
QUALIFICATION:
1. DM Neonatology/DNB Neonatology in their absence MD Paediatrics / DNB Paediatrics with two years special training in Neonatology.
2. Permanent Registration under State Medical Council (Travancore Cochin Medical Council).
3. Three years teaching experience in Neonatology in a recognised Medical College as Resident/Registrar/Demonstrator/Tutor. Note:-Three years Teaching experience after acquiring PG in the concerned speciality as stipulated in the regulation of MCI.
2. STAFF NURSE GRADE II
Department: Medical Education
CATEGORY NO: 213/2021
Scale of Pay: ₹ 39,300 - 83,000/-
No. of vacancies: Statewide – Anticipated
Age limit: 20-36, Only candidates born between 02.01.1985 and 01.01.2001 (both dates included) are eligible to apply for this post with usual age relaxation to Scheduled Caste, Scheduled Tribe and Other Backward Communities.
QUALIFICATION:
i. A pass in Plus Two/Pre-degree (with science subjects) Course/Pass in VHSE (with Science subjects)/VHSE in Domestic Nursing of a recognized University or its equivalent.
ii. A pass in Bsc. Nursing or a pass in General Nursing and Midwifery Course of not less than 3 years duration from any institution recognised by Government.
iii. Certificate of Registration with the Kerala Nurses and Midwives Council as Nurse and Midwife, in the case of Women candidates or as Nurse in the case of male candidates.
Probation: Every person appointed to this post shall from the date on which he/she joins duty, be on probation for a period of Two years on duty within a continuous period of three years.
3. SCIENTIFIC ASSISTANT (PHYSIOTHERAPY)
Department: Medical Education
CATEGORY NO: 214/2021
Scale of Pay: ₹ 35,700 - 75,600/-
Number of vacancy: 01 (One)
Age limit : 18-36, Only candidates born between 02.01.1985 and 01.01.2003 (both dates included) are eligible to apply for this post with usual relaxation to Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes and other Backward Communities.
QUALIFICATION:
General:-
Plus Two / Pre-degree with Physics, Chemistry and Biology as subjects/ Equivalent Qualification.
Specific Qualifications:-
1) MPT in any discipline from UGC recognized Universities or Central Universities or National Institutes or Institutions recognized by Government of India or any of the State Government. OR
2) BPT from UGC recognized Universities or Central Universities or National Institutes or Institutions recognized by Government of India or any of the State Governments with 2 year post degree experience in a Medical College or Medical Institution recognized by Government of India or any of the State Governments. OR
3) A pass in the pre-university or equivalent qualification with the training given to Physiotherapy Assistant Class II in Armed Forces.
Probation : Every person appointed shall be on probation for a period of two years on duty within a continuous period of three years.
