JOB DESCRIPTION

As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible to encode information into computer files or database systems from paper documents. You must ensure having accurate and updated data that are easily accessible through a digital database. This position is for the Central Kitchen of the company.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Transfer data from paper formats into computer files or database systems using keyboards, data recorders or optical scanners

• Type accurate data provided by the outlets/ restaurants/ kitchens and the manual data entry requirement is 500 entries minimum each day

• Receive delivery for the Central Kitchen from time to time

• Reply on emails from outlets/restaurants/kitchens

• Sort and organize paperwork after entering all data to ensure it is not lost

• Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation Update existing data

• Verify data by comparing excel and generated data

• Create spreadsheets with large numbers of figures

REQUIREMENTS

• You must have two to three years of work

experience as a Data Entry Clerk

• You must have fast typing skills and great attention to detail

• You must have basic knowledge on database systems and have excellent knowledge on word processing tools and spreadsheets

• You must be able to multi-task and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

•You must be a high-flier over teamwork and communication

• You completed Bachelor's Degree in Computer or other related course

• You are currently located in the UAE and preferably available to join immediately
