Dubai Jobs: Zooma Properties LLC has invited application from highly motivated and detail-oriented Accountant Assistant to join their company in Dubai. The Accountant Assistant will be responsible for assisting the Accountant in the day-to-day financial operations of the company. This includes preparing financial reports, reconciling bank statements, maintaining financial records, and assisting with audits.

QUALIFICATION :-

👉 Bachelor's degree in commerce or a related field.

👉 1 to 2 year of experience in accounting or finance in UAE

👉 Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations.

👉 Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Office especially Excel.

👉 Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

👉 Ability to work under pressure.

👉 Strong attention to details and organizational skills.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :-

-Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.

- Reconcile bank statements and other financial documents.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.

- Assist with audits and financial reviews.

-Monitor and record financial transactions in the accounting software.

- Manage payroll processing (including bonuses, personal insurance etc.

- Cash handling and management.

- Preparation of sales invoices receipts.

- Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.

- Support the Accountant in other tasks as assigned.
