SIB BANK CAREER: South Indian Bank (SIB) has invited applications from eligible candidates to fill their vacancies in Probationary Officer posts. VACANCIES DETAILS
DESIGNATION: PROBATIONARY OFFICER
PLACE OF POSTING: Anywhere in India
AGE LIMIT: Not more than 28 years. Candidate should be born not earlier than 01.08.1993 and not later than 31.07.2003 (both days inclusive).
QUALIFICATION:
Graduation with minimum 50% marks (under 10+2+3/4 scheme) regular course.
EXPERIENCE:
2 Year service in Officer cadre in any Scheduled Commercial Bank/ Urban Cooperative Bank/ Small Finance Bank/ Banking Subsidiary.

TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT
Probation Period: 1 year
Confirmation will be subject to satisfactory performance during probation
Service Agreement Period: 2 years
COMPENSATION PACKAGE
A) IBA approved pay scale of Rs. 36,000 – 1,490/7 – 46,430 – 1,740/2 – 49,910 – 1,990/7 – 63,840.
B) One Additional Increment each for JAIIB and CAIIB.
C) Will be eligible for Performance Linked Incentives (PLI) and all other benefits as applicable to the Scale I officers as per the scheme in vogue.
