➢  QUALIFICATION : Essential:
> MBBS from a recognized medical college;
> At least 1 year of work experience in the area of health care quality
Desirable:
> MBA or Post Graduate diploma in Business Administration or Master of Public Health / Hospital Administration or Master of Public Health or MBA in Health Care
> Experience in Insurance or TPA industry in the area of provider management is desirable.

➢  SALARY : Rs. 50,000/- P.M.

2. Claim Adjudicator (Public Hospital Clains)
➢  No. of Post : 03
➢  QUALIFICATION : Essential:
> MBBS from a recognized medical college;
> 1 year of work experience in hospital setting
Desirable
> Experience in claim processing in insurance sector (lnsurance Company or Third-Party Adminishators) is desirable
> Well versed with using computer and intemet based applications
➢  AGE LIMIT : Maximum 40 years as on 07.O7 .2020
➢  SALARY : Rs. 45,000/- P.M.

3. Manager (Policy & Field Operations)

➢  QUALIFICATION : Essential:
> Post-graduation or higher qualification in Public health, Community health, Preventive & Social Medicine, Health Economics.
> At least 5 years of poslqualification work exrperience in Health Systems Research or in Planning and implementation of service delivery.
Desirable:
> Published work/published reports /working papers in the area of health systems or health financing or public health.

➢  SALARY : Rs. 70,000/- P.M.

4. Accountant

➢  QUALIFICATION : Essential:
> B Com with 2 years experience
Desirable
> Working knowledge in Tally

➢  SALARY : Rs. 18,000/- P.M.

5. Confidential Assistant to Executive Director

➢  QUALIFICATION : Essential:
> Bachelor's Degree in any subject awarded or recognized by any of the Universities in Kerala.
> Minimum 02 years of work experience in similar roles
Desirable:
> K.G.T.E. (Lower) in Typewriting (English & Malayalam) and K.G.T.E. (Higher) in Shorthand (English) or equivalent qualification.
> The skills required are thorough knowledge in English and Malayalam editor ISM / Thoolika
